This service is probably the most misunderstood. The value of hiring a coordinator is oftentimes questioned and only fully realized after the wedding day is over. This is not the same thing as what your venue may include. Our robust wedding management/coordination-only service streamlines the vendor selection process from what can be an overwhelming amount of choices and allows access to your coordinator during the entire planning process for your peace of mind.
Ideal for the couple who is on top of it, has handled booking vendors + locking down décor elements, but understands the necessity in handing off the reigns. It is our job to handle all the minuscule tasks before and during your celebration. You should not have to worry about when the cake arrives, when to announce toasts and if the décor you’ve spent months working on is displayed properly. We will tie all of the loose ends together to execute an expertly orchestrated event so you can then be fully present on the day of and take it all in without missing every well-deserved moment.

Our Partial Planning + Design Package is perfect for the couple that needs expert guidance with planning their wedding but would like to be more involved with the nitty gritty details of vendor communication and contracting. We begin by getting to know who you are, tracking your priorities, building the dream team of vendors and piecing together all the final details.
We will also help with key components such as overall design direction, bringing your vision to life or creating a new design from scratch , personalized vendor recommendations, logistics, and questions along the way.
Services typically start 8-9 months out.
Are you looking for a wedding confidant? This package is for the couple who wants to walk side-by-side a wedding professional and have a friend throughout the entire planning process. Whether you don’t have the time to plan a wedding or you simply want someone to bounce fun ideas off of, this package is built to help you research, coordinate and design every little detail of your wedding.
