My vision and mission in life and business reflect my fundamental belief that all people belong and deserve fairness, justice, and inclusivity.

As an African American woman, I am proud of my background and black ancestry as it has given me the opportunity to shape the outlook of people I meet.

Skin tone, religion, gender, age, ability, national origin, equity, gender identity or sexual orientation do not justify malicious behavior or mistreatment. I personally understand the injustice, unfairness and sometimes unwelcoming environment that comes with being who you are, which is why I strive to educate as many people as possible to create a world more accepting of all identities.

Diversity. Inclusion. They’re more than just words for me. They’re the hard-and-fast principles guiding how I’ve built my company, cultivated meaningful relationships and created lifelong friendship from clients that I have had the privilege of working with.
